What makes a house a Home? We live in our houses every day, but do we really ever stop to ask ourselves, "What makes it a Home for me?".
Truly, the house in which we choose to reside can tell us much about ourselves. Externally, are our houses well-groomed? Is it neat, tidy, and well-maintained? Does it have characteristic architecture with ornate gables or straight modern lines? Is it family-oriented, or staunch in solitude?
Internally, are our homes healthy? Does it have good "bones" with solid structures, well-functioning pipes free of clogs and debris and energetic wires? Does our home breathe with clean, fresh air? Is it healthy?
For a house to be a home, it should be expressive of who we are both inside and out. More important than the external beauty of our houses, is the health and inner beauty of its heart. The unit in which we live and the neighbours with whom we visit and share our communities make it truly special and meaningful for us.
Make you find a home in your houses and your heart in your communities.
